Culture and Achievement North West
After four years of leading Arts Award regional development work, Prescap (Prescap Community Arts Project) is handing over this role to a new consortium called Culture and Achievement North West, led by Curious Minds, the delivery body for Creative Partnerships in Merseyside and Lancashire. Prescap has successfully pioneered the Arts Award in the North West since launch, and has built wide-spread take-up across the region, with particular impact on young people on the fringe of mainstream provision. From 1 October 2009, Curious Minds will drive future participation in Arts Award through a network of arts organisations and local authority partners.
The application round for the Arts Award Coordinator and Administrator position is now closed. We are interviewing on the 14th October and will keep you posted with how we get on.
Networking between approved Creative Practitioners and Schools from the Lancashire region is on at Accrington Academy on the 21st October, invites have been sent out so get your RSVP’s back please!
